I havent found anyone else having this issue and no patches have fixed it yet. Its making the game extremely un-fun to play. I thought it was bad programming but after my upgraded gpu to an Evga 1080, I found out all my issues revolved around my under powered card running a game that is incredibly taxing. My game runs at 60 frames just fine on max settings, but every few seconds it stutters like no tomorrow. Others brag on here using Ultra with 960s so I figured my 1070 would be a boss lol It decieved me because I dialed in Ultra settings and in game I was at 45-50fps (vsync/tbuff) and everything looked great but no matter what, something bad would happen either in 5mins of play or 30mins. I would get drops, stutters, crashes, you name it, so many different problems all because I thought I could run Ultra settings. I did have problems when I ran my settings too high when I had my old 1070. If your KB is OK, SW2 is up to date/verified and other games work, its most like bad video settings. Note if you recently updated your Steam Client or SW2 game, always "Verify Game Cache" before you play, it can cause lots of issues if you don't, you got to do it basically every time you update.
